Vulnerable Road User & Motorist Safety (VRUMS) Task Force
The Vulnerable Road User & Motorist Safety (VRUMS) Task Force is an innovative coalition invested in reducing traffic-related injuries for cyclists, pedestrians, and motorists by promoting efforts to decrease the risk and severity of collisions and advocate for improved conditions to make all methods of transportation safer.
The VRUMS Task Force goal for 2018 is to:
Reduce the severity and frequency of preventable crashes and collisions for all roadway users within Pima County with a specific focus on bicyclists and pedestrians.
The VRUMS Task Force meets in-person the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 11am-12pm in Room 3110 at the Abrams Public Health Center, located at 3950 S Country Club Rd. Tucson, AZ.
Next Meeting: Thursday, November 29, 2018 from 11am-12pm in Room 1106 at the Abrams Public Health Center.
