Vulnerable Road User & Motorist Safety (VRUMS) Task Force
The Vulnerable Road User & Motorist Safety (VRUMS) Task Force is an innovative coalition invested in reducing traffic-related injuries for cyclists, pedestrians, and motorists by promoting efforts to decrease the risk and severity of collisions and advocate for improved conditions to make all methods of transportation safer.
The VRUMS Task Force goal for 2018 is to:
Reduce the severity and frequency of preventable crashes and collisions for all roadway users within Pima County with a specific focus on bicyclists and pedestrians.
